How Bedouin upended the Green Room at Flash last Sunday

Flash is coming off a prolific summer season with Bedouin winding down their Sunday Love event in the green room last week. Sometime after 7 PM, people were boogieing down in the middle of the dance floor, and we had never seen the rooftop so packed. With Bedouin moving the crowd, they created a setting where judgments were obsolete, and Sunday Love was truly exemplified. As usual, they added their signature woozy, exotic, and fresh beats taking us on a melancholic journey. We have been really lucky to have the opportunity to see Bedouin four times this year, twice at SXM Festival, and twice at Flash, which is quite the treat.

Over the course of this past year, a greater recognition of deep house music seems to have developed at the Sunday Love events with artists such as Satori, Sandrino, Tara Brooks, Bedouin, ThugFucker, and Yokoo all playing shows there throughout the summer. Even though Sunday Love is seasonal, Flash did a great job of delivering nothing short of quality artists with abundant sound.

Now what if everyone could just enjoy music together the way we all did on Sunday, and unite with amazing sound; there would be a lot less hate in the world.
